Goals:

My primary objective is to contribute to the continued success of Georgetown.  We are forecast to have tremendous growth in the next 25 years.  We have to lead/turn that growth, otherwise it will overwhelm us and we will lose control of our destiny.  Our task will be to build a bridge to the future without incurring a tax burden that is tantamount to a plank we walk to our financial ruin and deters the very growth we are attempting to accommodate.  In that process, we have to be careful to unite the various parts of our community; we cannot allow ourselves to be divided by I-35 into the “downtown” and those of us who live out Williams Drive (especially in Sun City).  A fiscally prudent, united Georgetown will best serve the interests of our community.

With the approval of HB 1082 in May 2021, all elected official’s personal information is to be redacted from any public documents.  While we are still in the process of redacting this information, all campaign finance and expense reports are available to the public, but as a request through our open records portal.  Please complete an open records request here: https://georgetown.org/open-records/
